Community Outreach -- Pro-Bono Services at OAKTREEWEB

Goals -- Our Community Outreach takes many forms of tasks and activities but there exists only one goal - giving back to our community and being responsible citizens where we work, live, and raise our families. We help organizations build awareness of their mission and goals by providing compelling web sites and strong brand presence on the Internet. These services are FREE to nonprofit charitable organizations classified as 501(c)(3) public charities by the Internal Revenue Service.

Program Areas -- Our interests include education, health and community development organizations. All projects that are accepted must be performed as a Joint Partnership with active participation by the receiving organization.

Commitment -- We provide up to 60 hours of web design and development, graphics design, and multimedia services at no charge to the selected agencies. We do NOT provide free domain names or web hosting services. The agency must pay for these services and may acquire them directly from OAKTREEWEB at the market prices for the required platform. Up to 4 projects may be accepted each year by OAKTREEWEB.

Non-Profit Status -- The selected agency must provide proof that it is a 501(c)(3) entity according to the IRS and provide a statement of donated service hours/activities received from us at the end of the project.

Request for Services -- To be considered by us please submit a statement of your organization’s mission, current situation and requested services. We provide these services to non-profit agencies because of the importance of their work to make life better for the specific communities they reside and all of us in general. We want to assist these agencies. We have special technology skills that can be used to assist. This is what we can give back to our community and our way of saying thanks for your work, we appreciate you. Our hope is that we help make their process easier, less difficult and happier for themselves and their clients.
